“…health is an expression of the complex interplay between the physical and chemical, mental and emotional, as well as spiritual and environmental aspects of one’s life and being.” - National Association of Nutrition Professionals

“Nutritional Therapy centers on the idea that real health can be achieved through a holistic and bio-individual approach to nutrition and lifestyle.” - Nutritional Therapy Association

Personalized Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy

I take a bio-individual, personalized approach. Your plan will be as unique as you.

I am not a registered dietitian, (RD) nor do I claim to be. My services provide you with a different kind of partner in your health journey. I am not an expert in treating a specific condition or disease, and I do not diagnose or “treat” disease; I do a deep nutritional and lifestyle assessment, and work with you to support your built-in healing processes to avoid and prevent disease progression, or to resolve symptoms from the root cause.

I can work in collaboration with your physician, dietician, dentists, etc. to provide support in the areas they simply do not have time to help you with. Things like day-to-day questions, goal setting, problem-solving, implementation of treatment plans and diets they have recommend for you, as well as provide ongoing coaching to reach your goals.

I have worked hard to build a network of medical and nutrition professionals over the course of my professional career, that provide me ongoing guidance, consultation, and expertise, and act as a resource for me, so I can support you!

Concerns Addressed with Previous Clients

Conditions like IBS, PCOS, acid reflux, food sensitivities, pre-diabetes, non-anemic iron deficiency.

Symptoms like diarrhea, constipation, heartburn, bloating, gas, burping, headaches, cramping, nausea, pain, fatigue, indigestion, loss of appetite, dry/itchy skin, hemorrhoids, acne, brittle or peeling nails, brain fog, and so many more.

My Process

Initial Consultation, Onboarding, and Full Nutritional Assessment

This initial process will help me organize, and understand more deeply, the various aspects of your current health and nutrition status. I take a functional, systems-based approach, focusing not just on your symptoms but on why they are there in the first place.

Comprehensive and Individualized Healing Plan

Once your initial assessment and onboarding are complete, we will meet to discuss patterns that emerge, I will ask questions to ensure I get the full picture. From there, I will develop and bring a plan to you for review. We will decide together what our next step will be in addressing your concerns and goals.

Check-In, Refine and Adjust Your Plan

We will plan to meet again a few weeks later, to discuss your progress, build on the wins, and adjust if something is not working. All the while, you will be able to reach me to ask questions, and get support via email and/or messaging.

Maintenance and Long-Term Wellness Plan

In this phase, we will set you up for long-term success. It’s incredibly important to me that as your symptoms and well-being improve, we make sure you have the resources and education necessary to keep you going strong, even after we are not meeting regularly. This is very personalized to your needs, and could include something like scheduling a 6-month check-in call, building pre-set shopping lists, or other long-term goal setting.
